Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The PT will assess referred patients, provide tailored treatments and document progress in line with regulatory and payor requirements.

The role includes supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality care in a short-term, five-star environment.

Qualifications

• FL licensure required.
• Degree in PT from an accredited PT Program.
• Knowledge of PT evaluation and treatment techniques.
• Understand the principles of physical modalities in PT.
• Knowledge of prosthetic devices, ambulatory aides, assistive and resistive devices.
• Ability to write specific objective documentation that is outcome orientated, detailing patient needs, potential to benefit from treatment and progress.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation, adult neurological, cardiac or general rehabilitation preferred.

Job Overview
