Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care in Henderson, NV is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to assess patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and apply evidence-based therapies for orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries.

You will monitor progress, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. The role requires licensure and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from CAPTE-accredited program and state licensure exam.
• Strong clinical knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatments.
• Maintain State licensure and commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques and modalities.

What you do:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Administer treatment with therapeutic exercise, massage, mechanical devices, and therapeutic agents that use the properties of air, water, electricity, sound or light.
• Make minor modifications to treatment plans within the predetermined plan of care, evaluations, and document treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
• Oversight to the PTAs who in turn would be performing selected and delegated tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
• Perform interpretation of referrals, physical therapy evaluation, re- evaluation, major modification of treatment plan, final discharge of the patient, or therapeutic techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
• Willingness to participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Who You Are:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education – accredited physical therapist education program and pass a state licensure exam.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of orthopedic conditions and treatments.
• Maintain State licensure
