Job summary

Ardent is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient therapy clinic in Henderson, Texas. This full-time, day shift role focuses on providing high-quality PT services to a diverse patient population within an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, while adhering to professional standards and state licensure requirements. Experience in acute or rehabilitation outpatient settings preferred; Texas licensed PT

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy approved 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
• A minimum of six (6) month’s experience in an acute, rehabilitation of outpatient setting.
• Current professional licensure in the State of Texas.

• The Physical Therapist shall be responsible for providing a full range of age appropriate physical therapy services including assessments, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
