Job summary

Ardent in Gun Barrel City, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. You will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapies in an interdisciplinary setting focused on restoring function and independence.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas PT license, be a graduate of a US-approved 4-year bachelor’s program in physical therapy, and have at least six months of outpatient or acute rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy approved 4-year bachelor's degree program.
• A minimum of six (6) month's experience in an acute, rehabilitation of outpatient setting.
• Current professional licensure in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist shall be responsible for providing a full range of age appropriate physical therapy services including assessments, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
