Job summary

People Well Staffing in Hayward, CA seeks a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative SNF team focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety, function, and independence through individualized, evidence-based care. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide therapeutic exercise and gait training, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and document care.

CA license and BLS/CPR are required; SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active CA Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.

Responsibilities
