Performance Optimal Health in Hamden, CT is seeking passionate Physical Therapists to join a holistic outpatient team based on our Four Pillars model. You will deliver orthopedic and post-op care, build evidence-based care plans, and collaborate across disciplines in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license (or eligibility)
