We are seeking an empathic, energetic, and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join Aretas Physical Therapy - Hales Corners. Our company is a physical therapist-owned and-operated private practice, focused on achieving excellence for their patients and employees. As a PT at Aretas Physical Therapy, you will coordinate patient care while collaborating with a team of other Physical Therapists to deliver excellent customer service. You will have access to an exceptional work environment with state of the art rehab and performance equipment to enhance your treatments and plans of care. The mentorship provided by the clinic owner and entire therapy team will support your growth and development as a professional.

Responsibilities:

Deliver 5-star customer service to all patients, co-workers and community members.
Design and implement a plan of care based on functional assessment, subjective history, and patient goals.
Coordinate with referring providers and other medical professionals to create the gold standard in physical therapy treatment.
Communicate effectively with other physical therapists on staff and other medical professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Complete thorough and timely documentation of evaluation, treatment goals, and plans.
Enhance professional growth through participation in onsite personal and PT mentorships, interprofessional in-services, and continuing education.
Develop relationships within the medical profession and community with phone calls, job shadows, physician marketing, and community events.
Collaborate with PTs, technicians, and performance coaches to help all people meet and exceed their goals.

Requirements:

Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
Current (or temporary) license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
CPR and first aid certification (clinic will provide training, if needed).
Desire to achieve excellence in; patient care and outcomes, relationships with referring providers and community members, your own personal and professional growth.
