Kindred Hospital North Florida, part of Lifepoint Rehabilitation, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time day shift. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, educating patients and families on home exercises, and collaborating with rehab teams to support discharge planning.

Competenze

• Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
• License: Current PT license.
• Certifications: CPR certification required.
