We currently have three outpatient locations in Chandler, Scottsdale and Goodyear. We engage in building rapport and relationships. The landscape of physical therapy is changing and we have to change with it. We are a hybrid clinic with both cash and insurance. We strive to keep patient care the priority with flexible scheduling every 30-45’.

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Goodyear, AZ. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing individualized care plans, and providing hands-on therapy to promote mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability. The role also involves educating patients and their families about recovery and preventive measures. Consistent communication and collaboration with medical professionals, patients, and caregivers are essential parts of the job.

Requirements

• Mentorship and future ownership options for qualified PT’s.
• We value employee health as much as our patient's health.
• Ability to problem solve, think beyond normal physical therapy constrictions,
• Be a teacher and advocate for our patients, early intervention, injury prevention, etc.
• Must have a desire to learn new manual skills, and desire to become dry needling certified if not already along with other manual certifications.
• We are a manual-based office, but you don’t have to be an expert, mentoring and coaching start with learning and practicing so you must be teachable.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
• Medicine and Patient Care skills
• Experience with Home Care services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. The ability to also communicate in Spanish is preferred.
• Must demonstrate professional and excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with internal staff, patients and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail, maintaining a flexible and resourceful approach to effectively multi-tasking and managing workload and workflow.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and work calmly under pressure. Strong initiative, creativity, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to observe and actively listen, and good judgement in handling different personalities and emerging situations. Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
• Ability to follow directions and comply with rules.
• Good working knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Google)
• Technology experience and/or ability to learn how to use new software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.

Pay $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year with sign on bonus and annual profit sharing.
