Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve functional goals.
• Deliver one-on-one care during 40-minute treatment sessions.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately using WebPT EMR software.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in team-based initiatives and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain defined evening treatment hours as part of the clinic schedule.

Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000 – $99,000 annually

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or eligibility

• Experience with manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or specialty certifications is a plus
• Interest in specialty areas such as OCS, SCS, CSCS, or dry needling preferred
