Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services in California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team providing home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop strategies with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use a family‑centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and ensure progression is generalized.
• Provide services in natural environments: families’ homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Conduct reassessments and write progress reports (typically bi‑annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Requirements

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license.
• Pediatric experience required; Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
