Banner Physical Therapy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join a high-performing orthopedic and sports medicine team. This full-time, Monday-Friday position offers a salaried compensation starting at $75,000 with potential for growth and a strong mentorship culture.

The package includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a student loan repayment program, plus benefits and opportunities to pursue credentials such as SCS, OCS, and CSCS as part of our clinical advancement

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
