• Position: Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing (Rehabilitation Center at Wellsential Health)
• Hours: Friday – Monday 8–5 (start/end times dependent on census; may start earlier/later)
• Hours guarantee: 32–36 hours per week, potential for more based on census
• Logging: Provider will log hours each week from EMR (Rehab Optima). Hours to be signed by supervisor.
• Productivity: No imposed productivity requirements; expected to stay busy and in building to meet guarantee. Must clock in/out to receive hours.
