Concierge Home Care in Gainesville, FL is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for 1:1 home-based care with a flexible schedule and autonomy. Earn $95,000–$120,000+ annually.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with physicians, supervise PTAs, and complete documentation in WellSky/Kinnser EMR. Health insurance starts after 30 days; PTO accrues from day one.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
