MEP Health is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to provide onsite, evidence-based therapy. You will perform patient evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to improve mobility and independence.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, document progress in the EMR, and educate patients and families to promote understanding and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state.
• Strong clinical competency in PT interventions and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication, empathy and patient-centered care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
