Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver outcome-driven rehab across post-acute, outpatient, or home-based settings. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and progress therapies such as gait, balance, and functional training to restore mobility and independence.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in EMR.
