HOPCo is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient center in Jacksonville, FL. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care.

Applicants must hold a DPT and current state licensure, with strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills. You should be able to manage a full caseload in a dynamic clinic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in EMR systems.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, post-operative care, and home exercise programs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives.
