Base pay range

$1.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential extension)

Location: Fayetteville, NC, 28304

Hrs: 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri (36hrs guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.)

Rate: $50-52/hr (Depending on the Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, goals, and medical history.
• Administer manual exercises, therapeutic modalities, and equipment-based interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, safety, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license for NC.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Prior experience in a clinical, hospital, outpatient, or home health setting preferred.
• Outpatient Experience is preferred.
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
