Job summary

Body in Balance Physical Therapy, a member of the Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team in Fairfield, CA. This role offers the opportunity to diagnose, treat, and guide patient recovery in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state license.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.

• Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
• Help patients regain control of their lives and independence.
• Create an environment and culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient.
• Communicate and coordinate with patient's physicians to ensure a consistent level of care.
• Daily documentation in EMR.
• Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations.
• Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
• Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
• Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.

Salary: $90,000 - 105,000 annually depending on experience
