Job summary

Body in Balance Physical Therapy, a member of the Therapy Partners Group, has served Fairfield and the surrounding communities for over 30 years providing outpatient orthopedic care.

As an outpatient physical therapist, you will devise treatment plans, collaborate with physicians, document in EMR daily, and support patients in regaining independence. New grads are welcome; licensed therapists with a passion for patient-centered care are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Commitment to patient success and ethical practice.
• Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care per clinic regulations.
• Delegate tasks and supervise PT assistants and technicians.
• Maintain open communication with the clinic to meet patient and clinic needs.
• Help patients regain independence and quality of life.
• Create a safe, patient-centered treatment environment.

Responsibilities

• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient.
• Communicate and coordinate with physicians to ensure consistent level of care.
• Daily documentation in EMR.
• Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations.
• Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
• Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
• Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.

Salary: $90,000 - 105,000 annually depending on experience
