We are looking for a LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team!

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 based on relevant experience

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Marlboro, NJ & (temporarily) Forked River, NJ

*This position is for our Marlboro office M/W/F and in our Forked River office on T/Th for 90-day probationary period. Home office will be Marlboro.

Office Hours:

Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Tuesday / Thursday: 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM

***Weekends are not required.

Job Duties (Including but not limited to):

• High quality patient treatment
• Patient care coordination
• Patient case management and setting treatment plans
• Generating internal and external patient referrals
• Attend internal and external company marketing events
• Accurate treatment documentation
