River's Edge Rehabilitation & Living Center in Emmett, ID is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time, PRN, or part-time schedules to join our in-house rehab program. We offer a stable team and compassionate care for geriatric clients.

The role includes screening and evaluation, delivering skilled therapy, and creating discharge summaries. License is required; new grads are welcome. On-site position with a focus on CAPLICO values and ongoing professional growth.

• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.

River's Edge Rehabilitation & Living Center in Emmett, ID is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a dedicated Full Time, PRN and Part Time Physical Therapists for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• The role involves regular standing and walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment. Physical demands vary throughout the day based on patient care needs.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
