Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive PT services to residents within a supportive, slower-paced community setting. You will evaluate residents, plan and implement individualized treatment programs, and participate in discharge planning and continuum-of-care activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy


• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered


• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range

$42.50 - $65.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
