Job summary

Ohio Sports & Spine Institute, a physician-owned multidisciplinary practice in Northeast Ohio, is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our East Liverpool office with coverage across three locations. You will evaluate orthopedic and occupational cases, develop evidence-based plans, and progress patients through functional strengthening programs.

Collaborate with chiropractors, physiatry, and occupational medicine to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Ohio.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Interest in orthopedics; pelvic floor experience a plus.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship and onboarding provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and occupational caseload.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Progress patients through functional strengthening programs.
• Collaborate with on-site chiropractors, physiatrists, and occupational medicine providers on complex cases.
• Participate in integrated care planning across disciplines.
• Educate patients to improve functional movement and long-term outcomes.
• Document accurately and efficiently.

Locations

This position will be primarily based in our East Liverpool office, with coverage if necessary at one of our three Northeast Ohio clinic locations. Potential for flexible hours across sites based on clinic needs and candidate preference:

Compensation

Salary: $77,000–$95,000+ per year

Compensation is flexible based on experience, specialty skills, and education. We are committed to paying competitively and rewarding clinical excellence.
