Hope Network in Michigan is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Neuro Rehabilitation program. You will evaluate, treat, and educate individuals recovering from neurological injuries while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and quality of life. This is a full-time role.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, design home exercise programs, and support staff with safe transfers and gait training. A collaborative, patient‑centered environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Membership with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate individuals and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and functional independence.
• Design and monitor home exercise programs and mobility interventions.
• Train direct care staff on safe transfers, gait techniques, and therapy recommendations.
• Collaborate with PTAs, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment reports.
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, family education, and team meetings.
• Monitor therapy equipment and recommend adaptive equipment or mobility devices as needed.

Physical Therapist: Neuro Rehabilitation

The Physical Therapist provides skilled physical therapy services to individuals in Hope Network's Neuro Rehabilitation program. In this flexible role, you'll evaluate, treat, and educate individuals recovering from neurological injuries and conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. This is a full‑time position.

What You'll Do

Evaluate individuals and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Provide hands‑on therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and functional independence

Design and monitor home exercise programs and mobility interventions

Train direct care staff on safe transfers, gait techniques, and therapy recommendations

Collaborate with PTAs, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment reports

What We're Looking For

What You Bring

Preferred:

Two or more years of experience working with adults with neurological disabilities or traumatic brain injuries (TBI)

Required:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current Physical Therapist license

Membership with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
