Job summary

MovementX seeks licensed physical therapists to join our growing provider network. Therapists operate directly with clients in homes, gyms, offices and more, enjoying autonomy over schedules and rates while remaining supported by a collaborative MX community.

We emphasize cash-pay/out-of-network care, strong local involvement, and a shared commitment to helping patients move their best. Compensation exceeds $100,000 for full-time equivalents (about 20 visits/week) with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• BLS/First Aid certification current.
• 5+ years of professional patient care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation if mobile care is provided.
• Growth mindset and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse set of patients in home, gym, office and other settings.
• Build meaningful relationships with a growing clientele.
• Participate in MX and local community events and marketing efforts.
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to enhance the client journey.
• Deliver, develop, and share workshops and presentations.
• Engage in regular company and regional development meetings.
• Contribute to digital communications to engage providers and communities globally.

What you'll be doing

• Treating a diverse set of patients at the top of your skillset

• Delivering, developing, and sharing workshops and presentations

We are currently looking for providers who

• Strongly rooted in their local communities with strong professional networks
• Are looking to make patient care with MovementX their primary source of income (a full-time equivalent caseload is 20 visits/week)
• Have experience or interest in working in a cash-pay / out-of-network practice model

Compensation

• MovementX providers that are full-time equivalent (20 sessions/wk) make well over $100,000. Inquire to find out more

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy License
• Current BLS/First Aid Certification
• 5 years of professional patient care experience is preferred
• Reliable source of transportation (if providing mobile care)
