Job summary

MovementX is hiring physical therapists to deliver personalized care directly in homes, gyms, and offices. You set your own schedule and rates while supporting a broad client base and collaborating with an expanding MX provider network.

We value autonomy balanced with community, a growth mindset, and a commitment to moving people toward better function. Full-time caseloads, flexible hours, and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy License.
• Current BLS/First Aid Certification.
• 5 years of professional patient care experience is preferred.
• Reliable source of transportation (if providing mobile care).
• Growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse set of patients at the top of your skillset.
• Build meaningful relationships with a growing set of clientele.
• Actively participating in and contributing to the MX and local community.
• Participating in regular marketing events.
• Utilizing current technologies and exploring future technologies to enhance the client journey.
• Delivering, developing, and sharing workshops and presentations.
• Engaging in regular cohort, regional, and company development meetings.
• Contributing regularly to digital communication strategies to engage MX providers and communities across the globe.
• Sharing successes and failures so others can grow. Regularly seeking knowledge from the entire MX community.

But nowadays, more and more physical therapists are feeling burnt-out from busy clinic schedules, time-consuming administrative burden, and third-party incentives standing between them and their patients. We are growing quickly and looking for physical therapists who have experience or interest in cash-pay and a strong set of values to join our team in five different regions throughout the country.

As a MovementX provider, you have the perfect balance of autonomy and community. You operate on your own schedule, set your own rates, and manage your own caseload. But you're not on your own, all of this is achieved with the support and guidance of other MovementX providers. We are currently looking for providers who:

• Strongly rooted in their local communities with strong professional networks
• Are looking to make patient care with MovementX their primary source of income (a full-time equivalent caseload is 20 visits/week)
• Have experience or interest in working in a cash-pay / out-of-network practice model

Compensation:

• MovementX providers that are full-time equivalent (20 sessions/wk) make well over $100,000. Inquire to find out more
