Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of residents’ physical abilities, mobility, and movement
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance physical function, reduce pain, and increase independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident
• Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility techniques, safety strategies, and exercise
