Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll create personalized treatment plans and deliver hands-on care to help patients achieve their goals. You’ll also play a key role in team leadership, clinical mentorship, and operational excellence—contributing to both individual recovery stories and the success of our clinic.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Care & Excellence

• Conduct evaluations and design evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Adapt plans based on patient progress, providing consistent communication and support.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and long-term wellness strategies.
  
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Guide and mentor PTs, PTAs, technicians, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and interns.
• Lead regular team check-ins, set goals, and foster a collaborative culture of excellence.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development.
  
  

Operational & Strategic Contributions

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Work with finance to monitor clinic budgets, identify efficiencies, and optimize resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  
  

Professional Growth & Innovation

• Stay current on advancements in physical therapy and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Take part in team meetings, CE opportunities, and practice-wide initiatives that support innovation.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and clinical skills
• A growth mindset and desire to contribute beyond the treatment table
• Understanding of fiduciary and operational responsibilities
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to meet patient care demands
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and assist patients as needed
