Job summary

Michigan Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (MOR) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Troy and Royal Oak clinics. You will evaluate patients, create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve function.

We value patient-centered care, strong communication, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify impairments, functional limitations, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices.

Pay Range:

$38.00 – $43.00 per hour (based on experience)

We specialize in orthopedic physical and occupational therapy, sports medicine, Pilates, and hand therapy. Our clinicians deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our Troy & Royal Oak clinics.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
