Salary Range: $78,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

Summary:

We seek patient-focused Physical Therapists responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. Delivering exceptional therapy with measurable outcomes is key. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and exceeds industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient care to achieve positive outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Evaluate new patients, understand their medical and emotional states, and develop care plans.
  • Treat patients, set functional goals, and address their concerns about injuries, progress, and outcomes.
  • Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises.
  • Supervise aides during modality treatments and assist with setup and cleanup.
  • Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Manage pain effectively to improve function and daily activities.
  • Determine discharge readiness and teach proper mechanics and ergonomics.
  • Accurately document evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily notes.
  • Maintain productivity, aiming for 55-60 treatments plus evaluations weekly.
  • Participate in research and help develop treatment protocols.
  • Contribute to policy and procedure improvements.
  • Handle patient feedback professionally.
  • Stay updated with latest research and techniques through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapy License
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
