Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist located in Darien, CT. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans to address specific needs, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall physical performance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and educating patients on ways to improve their health and prevent future injuries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient evaluation, goal setting, and personalized treatment planning
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and pain management methods
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate effectively with patients
• Skilled in documenting patient progress accurately and maintaining compliance with health regulations
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and an active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
• Compassionate, motivated, and able to work effectively in an on-site clinical environment
• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy or related clinical settings is a plus
