  • Perform interventions to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum mobility.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members on care plans, limitations, and progress.
  • Visit patients, document progress, and complete evaluations and plans of care per guidelines.
  • Report outcomes, goals, and projected care frequency.
