Responsibilities include supervising providers in an independent clinic environment, patient evaluation, treatment planning, direct care, and overseeing therapy technicians. Salary range will be based on experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience treating personal injury (PI) and Workers' Compensation cases.
• Willing to cover 1 of the 6 clinics on rotation.
