Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Cozad is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) to provide skilled PT services to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assess mobility, develop individualized plans, implement therapy interventions, and document progress for residents and care teams.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensed Physical Therapist (PT) required.
• Registration with Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services required.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of PT principles and practices.

About The Role

As a Physical Therapist (PRN), you will work on a per diem basis to provide physical therapy services to our residents. Your expertise will help improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements
