Location: Corvallis, OR (The primary area of coverage is Corvallis/Linn County. Must be willing to travel to Salem and/or surrounding areas as needed.)

We are currently seeking a qualified, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services in the Salem, McMinnville, and Corvallis regions. Compensation: Starts at $104,000 annually, negotiable; paid per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services based on a written physician’s plan of care.
• Help patients relieve pain, restore function, and improve overall performance.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer techniques, and prosthetic usage.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and in-service education programs.
• Serve as a supportive, knowledgeable partner to patients on their journey to recovery.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum of one (1) year of PT experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle
