Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Texas Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or specialized training in pelvic floor therapy
• Background or strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Dry Needling Certification or willingness to obtain
• Passion for exercise, health, and wellness, with a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Enthusiastic about patient education and open to hosting workshops, community events, or educational sessions
• Desire to continue learning and growing in a supportive, patient-focused environment
