Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Coppell, TX is seeking a skilled full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation. The patient mix includes general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, oncology, vestibular, TMJ, aquatics, and sports in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires licensure eligibility, patient-centered care, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Clinic hours are 7am-7pm M-Th and 7am-5pm Fridays, with M-W-F in Coppell and T-Th in Grapevine.

Qualifications

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Patient Case Load averages 10-12 patients per day.
• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

BSW Rehab Coppell and Grapevine team is currently seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary outpatient team. Our patient population consists of general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, oncology, vestibular, TMJ, aquatics, and sports. We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented candidates who are interested in lifelong learning and professional growth to join to our team. A seasoned background is preferred to help us grow many of our service lines. Our clinic hours vary from 7am - 7pm Monday-Thursday and 7am - 5pm on Fridays. This position would be M-W-F in Coppell and T-Th in Grapevine location.
