Marathon Health in Columbus, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver clinical musculoskeletal care and provide on-site worksite support. You will assess, plan, implement and educate patients to maximize functional progress while promoting wellness and safety at the worksite.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and support ergonomic needs and education as part of comprehensive care.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for a combination of clinical and client facing worksite support. The Physical Therapist is responsible for assuring that all patients receive top notch musculoskeletal care. The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. In addition, the Physical Therapist will help support the client in the worksite providing body mechanics education, ergonomics and safety information, wellness initiatives, and other non-clinical worksite support. The Physical Therapist will maintain a positive working relationship and collaboration with other health professionals and ancillary staff.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000/yr The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
