Able Care Mobile Therapy—an award-winning leader in home health therapy—is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. We are currently looking for OTsbased in or able to travel to Colorado Springs, Aurora, Littleton, and Castle Rock, CO.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized PT treatment plans
• Deliver mobility training, strength-building exercises, and therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility aids, and safety
• Coordinate care with other providers and physicians
• Supervise PTAs and support staff as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Promote services within the community as needed

• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Colorado PT license (and DORA registration)
• At least 1 year of clinical PT experience (home care experience a plus)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Physically capable of patient handling and transfers

• PRN Pay Range: up to $90,000 annually
• Set your own schedule – no required weekends or holidays
