We provide mobile outpatient physical therapy and fitness services at home and compliment leading home health agencies with their therapy provider needs. We also conduct continuing education workshops for physical therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapist assistants, and fitness professionals.

Our goal is to improve patient care and professional development in the rehabilitation field.

Role Description

We are looking for full time, part time, PRN, contract on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Cleveland Heights, OH. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and assessing patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, providing rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises, and offering home care services. The role involves direct patient care and requires effective communication and documentation of patient progress.

# We are looking for multiple PRN PT’s in and around Painsville, Mentor, Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Beachwood , Chagrin Falls, Middleburg Heights, Brookpark, Westlake, Elyria, Avon, OH .

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills
• Experience in providing Patient Care and Home Care services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelor's , Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Ohio
• CPR/BLS certification
