Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) is required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Physical Therapist License.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to home care or home health patients in patients' residences per physician orders.
• Assess, evaluate, and plan treatment; instruct patients and families on therapy procedures.
• Re-evaluate and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Instruct and assist patients with physical activities and devices (e.g., crutches, prostheses); coordinate care with physicians.
