Banner Physical Therapy in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to deliver orthopedic and neurologic care, including concussion, stroke, Parkinson’s, vestibular, and pre-/post-operative rehab.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT program.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 1828 E Florence Blvd, Suite 102 Casa Grande, AZ 85122

Incentives: Up to $30,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation:Salaried, starting at $85,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
