Job summary

CarePath Injury Centers of Pennsylvania in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our onsite Carlisle office.

You will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries in an outpatient setting, collaborating with physicians and case managers to ensure seamless care from diagnosis to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Pennsylvania PT license.
• Active PA licensure is required for practice.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury cases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized PT treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other clinicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient progress per clinic standards and regulations.
• Educate patients on exercises, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and schedule appointments.
• Guide PTAs regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation.

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Carlisle Office. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Setting: Outpatient clinical environment
• Patient Population: Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients
• Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Schedule patients appointments in office
• Guide PTAs regarding patient treatment plans and rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
• Strong clinical skills with orthopedic and rehabilitation experience preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury patients a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay Range: $80,000 – $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
