Job summary

AgeRight Therapy, in collaboration with Marquis Hope Village in Canby, Oregon, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for outpatient care. You will deliver person-centered therapy to seniors and motivated patients, leveraging data-driven plans and AgeRight’s clinical programs to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy education program.
• Current state licensure - or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy, leveraging clinical data to craft personalized care plans.
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co-workers, and self.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
