Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Document progress and outcomes to track patient improvement and generate reports.
Set measurable rehabilitation goals aligned with patient milestones and clinic targets.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to optimize care plans.
Adhere to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
Manage patient load efficiently to maximize daily throughput while maintaining care quality.
Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
Monitor and report treatment outcomes to support performance-based advancement.
Maintain clinical equipment and ensure a safe, compliant treatment environment.
Provide on-site therapist support within defined territory and participate in pipeline reviews.
Assist in program development to expand services and grow patient referrals.
Licensed Physical Therapist with valid state license and current CPR/First Aid.
Experience conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
Hands‑on therapeutic skills for mobility, pain reduction, and gait training.
Commitment to evidence‑based practice and ongoing professional development.
Proficiency in measuring outcomes and documenting progress for reports.
