Job summary

Skypark Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant to design and lead outpatient rehabilitation programs focused on improving patients’ quality of life. You will work directly with patients, document progress, and coordinate with the care team in a clinic serving orthopedic cases.

The role emphasizes strong communication, patient rapport, and leadership within a collaborative environment. Outpatient setting with a supportive team and patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred, but not required
• Obviously a PTLA or higher degree, allowing you to work as a PT in the state of CA
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
