Job summary

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center in Rhode Island seeks a licensed physical therapist to help patients improve movement and manage pain. PTs use hands-on therapy, strengthening and stretching exercises, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, ice/heat, and more to treat a range of conditions.

You will review medical histories, diagnose by observing movement, develop individualized plans, set goals, and educate patients and families about recovery, progress, and outcomes.

Job description

Physical therapists work with patients to improve their movement and manage

their pain. PTs use a variety of techniques to help their patients, including hands-on

therapy, strengthening and stretching exercises, electrical stimulation, ultrasound,

ice/heat, and much more.

Physical therapists work with patients who suffer from back and neck injuries,

fractures, neurological disorders, work or sports-related injuries, and other

conditions. The treatments a physical therapist chooses will depend on the patient

and their injury.
