Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab in Burlington, NC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will provide rehabilitation services using progressive modalities, support for in-house therapy, and ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families. State licensure is required; SNF rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited therapy program is required.
