Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Bryn Mawr, PA. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with no weekends. Compensation starts at $80k/year, with increases based on experience; sign-on bonus offered.

The role involves evaluating and treating a diverse patient mix, collaborating with referring orthopedic physicians from the Rothman Institute, and contributing to a patient‑centered care model with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current state license or eligibility for licensure
